After living in the home for two years, the family learned what they loved – and didn’t – about their 50’s traditional ranch, which had received one un-sympathetic remodel/addition in the 90s. They needed a gym, more play-space, a garage they could actually park in, a refreshed main area, better flow, and upgraded finishes. The home lacked curb appeal, and was completely detached from a pool down a steep grade, so was reworked from top to bottom, curb to lot-line.
